A browser-based tool to design and check the building blocks used for InDel and TInDel assembly. You enter your designs, specifying which type of block they are (a linear block, a branch point or a hairpin cap). It returns the validated block, the oligos to order, the ends the block leaves and a drawing of every degenerate position and what will happen to it.
TInDel assembly builds on InDel assembly (Tizei et al. 2021) to make structured nucleic acid building blocks (Määttälä, Withanage & Pinheiro, manuscript under revision).
